We make sure to inspect all items before packing and sending them over to you!
Can I get a refund or exchange ?
The product can be exchanged if it is in brand new condition: not used, broken or damaged. Due to the nature of the products, we have a no money back policy but can provide you with a credit note instead. Please email us at info@nemnemcandle.com with a copy of your receipt within 24 hours of purchasing or receiving your item.
What if an item arrives damaged?
If this is the case, please email us at info@nemnemcandle.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. Kindly provide a photo of the product so we may assess it. . We will replace the broken candle within two weeks upon presentation of receipt.
